Timothy believes that the age-old problem of reconciling virtue and happiness as described by Immanuel Kant can be solved by embracing and helping others embrace the Nietzschean concept that stress and suffering are requisite for human growth–that the suffering and stress that is necessitated to live virtuously is a potent means to achieving growth, success, and ultimately, fulfillment in life. He attributes most of his success to this concept and hopes to bring similar success to those around him with the power of entrepreneurship and business development.
